Almost every company has bought AI. Almost none have integrated it.

Adoption is close to universal. Real integration is close to nonexistent. Industry research through 2026 indicates roughly 78% of organizations now use AI in at least one business function, while only about 7% have integrated it deeply into operations, and a majority of enterprise deployments stall before reaching production.

Where your data lives is a design decision. We make it on purpose.

Most conversations about AI skip this part until it becomes a problem. It is the first thing we settle, because it changes what can be built at all.

  • Access is enforced at the database
    Not in the interface, where it can be bypassed. Every read is scoped to the account it belongs to, and one client's data is locked away from every other client's by default.
  • Raw source material is not kept
    We process what you send and discard the raw files afterward unless you specifically ask us to retain them. Retention is your call, not a default we set quietly.
  • Everything is logged and traceable
    Every action carries a timestamp and traces back to the rule or the person that triggered it. Nothing happens off the record and nothing is unexplainable after the fact.
  • Failures surface, they do not disappear
    Anything that fails writes a cause and notifies an owner. A silent failure is worse than a loud one, so nothing is built in a way that lets a job quietly vanish.

Lo Tolliver has spent more than ten years delivering inside enterprise production environments across multiple technical disciplines — infrastructure, migrations, CI/CD, authentication, legacy modernization — the kind of work where an outage has consequences and the vendor's slide deck stops mattering around hour three.

The pattern was the same in every organization: the leak was never the tool. It was the system nobody had designed. Work entered through five doors, stalled somewhere nobody was watching, and by the time anyone noticed, the money was already gone.
